I'm excited to announce that I have officially joined Nick Sadek Sotheby's International Realty in Roseville, California! This brokerage will allow me to continue to work in the areas and neighborhoods I have served for nearly two decades, but will also allow me to leverage our global resources to market properties more effectively and on a larger scale.

About Me

As a Realtor with Sotheby’s, Cherie Schaller truly cares about the client more than the deal. She loves knowing that whoever she works with is getting the very best service and attention, and since being licensed as an agent in 2003, she has earned a stellar reputation for being honest, authentic, loyal, and above all, caring.


It’s that caring part that sets Cherie apart from the pack, as she’s truly invested in the success and happiness of her clients. She likes to advise each client differently based on their real estate goals, and when kicking off relationships with her clients, she believes in asking thought-provoking questions that help her uncover their basic wants and needs. With that knowledge in hand, Cherie and her clients work together as a team to reach their goals for the future.


Enthusiastically enjoying what she does sets Cherie apart from other agents, as she enjoys helping her clients through buying or selling their homes. When challenges arise, she’s skilled at thinking outside the box to get to the finish line. Being a long­time resident of Rocklin, CA, gives Cherie a deep insider’s perspective of the Greater Sacramento market.


Before entering real estate, Cherie spent 17 years in office equipment sales, the last seven of those as a District Sales Manager for Canon USA, an industry she left to be a stay­-at- ­home mom. Those professional experiences give Cherie solid experience in project management, structuring deals, client relations, negotiation, and communicating, all of which she leverages in her real estate career.


In her personal life, Cherie places great importance in maintaining a balance between family, work, and a healthy lifestyle. She’s an exercise enthusiast who loves sports, boating, entertaining friends, quick getaways to Napa or Hawaii, and first and foremost, spending time with her children.
